Include your device model, iOS version, Flock AFO version/build, what you expected, and what happened. If a screenshot helps, hide addresses, exact locations, and other sensitive information first.
Please do not send passwords, Apple Account sign-in codes, payment details, full location history, or any information you would not want forwarded in an email.
Common questions
Why are there no cameras on the map?
Move or zoom the map, then wait for the map to refresh. The available public dataset has geographic coverage limits and may be temporarily unavailable. No result does not establish that an area has no cameras.
What does a camera record mean?
A record describes what the mapped source currently provides. It does not establish camera ownership, current operation, scanning activity, or intent. Open Camera Details to see a plain-language interpretation and View Source Record for the underlying source.
Why does a source record look technical?
Source records can contain community-maintained raw fields. Flock AFO presents a conservative summary based on available metadata, but the source remains the place to inspect the original record.
How do I use or turn off location?
Flock AFO asks for location only when you choose a location-based feature. You can continue browsing by map center without granting it. Change permission in iOS Settings. Foreground awareness only works while the app is open and does not create a location history.
How do Saved Cameras work?
Camera bookmarks stay on this device. Open Saved Cameras from the map menu to review or remove a bookmark.
Why did I see a Camera Awareness alert?
Awareness compares your current foreground location with loaded mapped records. It can describe a mapped camera ahead or nearby, but it does not say you are being scanned and cannot prove that a camera is active.
How do I manage Flock Pro?
Open Flock AFO Settings and choose Subscription for purchase, restore, and status options. Apple manages billing and cancellation. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
